You have finally reached the point where you are going to select a DJ. This is an exceptionally important undertaking. Something that people will remember is if the music was good or bad. What they talk about will not be the food. They will remember how beautiful the setup was and if the music was good or bad. Here are a few question to ask any and all DJ's you might be considering!
Do you offer a written contract? Will it be you at our wedding? If Not can I meet the DJ before signing? How long have you been a PROFESSIONAL DJ and how many weddings have you done? What other types of events do you do? What makes you different ? Have you worked at our venue before? What do you do to motivate the crowd if nobody is dancing? How do you keep your music collection up-to-date? How much music can we select? When do you arrive to set up for our wedding? What will you wear to our wedding? Do you require a meal? Are you insured? What kind of equipment do you use? Are there any additional fees that could accrue that I am not taking into account, like travel expenses or charges for special musical requests?
